ILTA 2025 Registration

Registration rates for members and nonmembers will increase by $20 each week, reaching a maximum of $1,720 for members and $2,020 for nonmembers for on-site registration beginning June 8. Register today for the best rate!

A few things to remember when registering for the conference:

  • Full Conference & Trade Show Registration grants access to all education sessions, keynote presentations, the Safety & Leadership Awards breakfast, and all conference and trade show receptions.
  • There is no cost for any attendee to walk the trade show floor. However, everyone must register. A badge is required for trade show entrance. All other events require an a la carte fee for Exhibitors and Trade Show ONLY Attendees: Women's Networking Reception, Conference Reception at the Marriott Marquis Texas Pool, Safety & Leadership Awards Breakfast, and/or the Closing Keynote (James Stavridis) Luncheon.
  • ILTA does not offer accreditation for CEU's for attendance of ILTA's Conference & Trade Show. ILTA can verify attendance of the general event but will not offer support for claiming credits thereafter.
  • Single-Day Conference Registration is not available.
  • Non-profit, state, and federal employees and full-time students are invited to participate at no charge. Please email info@ilta.org by June 2, 2025 to verify and confirm your attendance.
  • All attendees must be 18 years of age.
  • Credentialed media are invited to attend the conference and trade show. Please email Loren Eisenlohr at leisenlohr@ilta.org to verify and confirm your attendance.
  • It has come to our attention that unauthorized third parties are contacting exhibitors, potential exhibitors, and attendees, falsely offering discounts on registration and hotels or claiming to have attendee, exhibitor, and ILTA member lists available for purchase. Please be aware that these offers are fraudulent. ILTA does not sell lists to any third party. These companies are not affiliated with ILTA or our events. Entering into financial agreements with these entities is at your own risk and could result in significant financial losses. Please note that such agreements are not endorsed or protected by ILTA Show Management. If you are approached by any organization that is not listed as one of our official vendors, we urge you to report the incident immediately to Meredith DeZemler at mdezemler@ilta.org.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to info@ilta.org. Substitutions from your organization for the same event are always welcome. Cancellations received by May 2, 2025 will receive a full refund. Cancellations after May 2, 2025 will receive a refund, less a $100 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations after the close of business on May 19, 2025. No-shows will not be refunded.

Changes to Conference and Agenda:  ILTA reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event, to change the location, or alter the advertised speakers for an event. ILTA is not responsible for any loss or damage due to substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control, including, without limitation, acts of God, natural disasters, sabotage, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, or infectious diseases. If a conference is canceled, ILTA is not liable for any costs incurred by attendees connected with their attendance.

ILTA Suitcasing Policy:
Please note any attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the aisles or other public spaces, in another company's booth, or in violation of any portion of the Exhibition Policy, will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties may be applied. Please report any violations you may observe to Show Management at the ILTA Booth or Information Desk. ILTA recognizes that suitcasing may also take the form of commercial activity conducted from a hotel guest room or hospitality suite; a restaurant, club, or any other public place of assembly. For this policy, suitcasing violations may occur at venues other than the exhibition floor and at other events. Show Management must be informed of any hospitality suites, and expressed consent must be received prior to the event.
