ILTA 2025 Golf Tournament | Sunday, June 8

A favorite of Houston golfers, Wildcat Golf Club has world-class courses designed by Scottish architect Roy Case. This traditional course boasts spectacular views of Houston, offers unique challenges, and provides a delightful experience for all skill levels.

Advance registration for the golf tournament is required and is open to all conference and trade show attendees. Cancellations must be received in writing to info@ilta.org by COB on Friday, May 16. Please email jolson@thewymancompany.com for inquiries about golf sponsorship opportunities.

Please note: The ILTA Golf Tournament is open to ILTA terminal members, conference registrants, and exhibitors.

The tournament will be held rain or shine. Wildcat Golf Club reserves the right to cancel the tournament in the event of inclement weather. If cancellation occurs, ILTA will refund full registration fees provided that play has not begun.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to info@ilta.org. Cancellations received by Friday, May 16, 2025 will receive a full refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations after the close of business on May 16, 2025. No-shows will not be refunded. Substitutions from your organization for the same event are always welcome.

As the host of this event, ILTA will be alert to any indications of inappropriate or illegal activity during the golf event. Wildcat Golf Club staff (including bartenders) and ILTA event staff will utilize their discretion, without prejudice or liability, to remove any registrant or individual affiliated with the event whose behavior is not suitable. Examples of unsuitable or inappropriate behavior include but are not limited to public intoxication.
